Can I back up my cloud server?

Yes. Add Server Backup when you order, or later from the server's Backups tab: 7 daily and 7 weekly restore points for ₹99/month per server, billed hourly from your wallet like the server. It includes Vault Protect, and restores are free.

Who can use Server Backup?

Accounts that have made at least one payment (welcome or promotional credit does not count). On a new account, a backup chosen at order starts automatically after your first payment (held up to 30 days).

What if I delete a server by mistake?

We keep a copy for up to 90 days. With Vault Protect or Server Backup, restoring is free once it has been on 30 days; without it, a copy may be removed earlier when space runs low and restoring costs ₹980.
