Terms of service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Services on this portal are sold to you by NABHCLOUD ("the Provider"), which operates this portal on cloud infrastructure supplied by BLAZING BULLET PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Platform"). Your contract is with the Provider; these baseline terms apply in addition to any terms the Provider publishes. By creating an account or using any service you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility and account registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
  • All registration, billing and GST information you provide must be accurate and kept current.
  • Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before services are provisioned. Indian customers verify via email plus Aadhaar/DigiLocker (individuals) or GSTIN (businesses); international customers verify via email plus a government-issued identity document. We may refuse or revoke service where verification fails or appears fraudulent.
  • Communication consent. By creating an account you consent to receive service and transactional communication from NABHCLOUD about your account, orders, services, billing and support by email, SMS, WhatsApp and phone calls, including automated and AI-assisted calls and messages (for example a call back you asked for, or a quote you asked to receive on WhatsApp). AI-assisted calls say that they are automated. You can opt out of calls, WhatsApp or SMS at any time by writing to support@nabhcloud.com; messages that the law requires us to send (such as invoices and security notices) continue by email.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, enabling available protections (such as two-factor authentication), and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.

2. The services

We provide self-service cloud infrastructure: virtual compute, S3-compatible object storage, and AI model access ("MaaS"), each as described on the order page at the time of purchase. Services are unmanaged infrastructure: we operate the platform up to the boundary of your virtual machine, bucket or API key; the operating system, applications and data inside them are your responsibility.

Service level: we target 99.5% monthly network and host availability per service, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where practicable) and events outside our reasonable control. Your sole remedy for missing the target is a service credit of one day's fees for that service per full hour of qualifying downtime, capped at 50% of that service's monthly fee, claimed within 30 days.

3. Billing, taxes and payment

  • Prepaid wallet. Services draw from your wallet balance. Top-ups are acknowledged with a proforma receipt; a GST tax invoice is issued for consumed services. Wallet credit is not transferable between accounts.
  • Metering. Hourly services are metered per allocated hour (part-hours round up), with a minimum of one hour from the moment the service is provisioned. Where a minimum term is shown on the order page before you confirm, those hours are payable in full: if you deploy and terminate inside that term the bill is still the full term, charged once on termination, and beyond it you pay only for the hours the service ran. A stopped (powered-off) hourly server continues to be charged for its disk until it is deleted. Its public IP address is not charged, running or stopped, unless you turn on Reserve IP, which is charged at the rate shown on the server page and storefront for every hour the server is stopped (currently ₹0.50 per IP per hour; BookMyHost may change it). An hourly server that stays powered off for 72 consecutive hours without Reserve IP releases its public IP address back to the pool, after notice by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the release; when started again it receives the same address if still available, otherwise a different one, and BookMyHost is not liable for the change of address. Services on a prepaid term keep their IP address for the term. Cycle services (monthly and longer) renew automatically until cancelled.
  • GST. Prices exclude GST unless stated. Indian customers are charged CGST/SGST or IGST as applicable; supplies to customers outside India are zero-rated exports. Providing a wrong or lapsed GSTIN is your responsibility.
  • Non-payment. Hourly services run on your prepaid wallet. We notify you by email or WhatsApp when the balance is expected to last about 72, 24 and 6 more hours at your current usage, and hourly services are suspended (stopped, with data kept) as soon as the wallet balance reaches zero; they restart automatically once the balance is restored. When your wallet cannot cover other due charges, those services enter a grace period and are then suspended. Suspended services are terminated if the balance is not restored within the notified window. If your account has made at least one payment, a copy of a terminated server's disks is kept in your Server Vault for up to 90 days (see section 5), after which it is permanently deleted; otherwise it is deleted at once. An overdue invoice may attract a one-time late fee.
  • Cancellation credit. Cancel a monthly or longer service before its paid period ends and the unused part of that period is credited to your wallet in full, prorated to the second, with a GST credit note against the invoice that paid for it. Hourly services are metered per allocated hour and are not prepaid, so nothing is returned; any unused hours of a minimum term shown at order remain payable. Cancellation credit is issued as wallet credit only: it is spendable on anything on the platform and is not paid back to a card, bank account or other payment method.
  • Refunds. Unused wallet balance that you funded by payment is refundable on written request to the original payment method, less payment-gateway charges. Consumed or metered usage, promotional credit, and cancellation credit are not payable in money. Any refund against a tax invoice is issued with a credit note and the invoice is marked refunded; a refunded top-up receipt is cancelled and marked refunded. A refund that returns the whole of an invoice raised for a service suspends that service; a partial refund does not.

Welcome credit

  • The offer. Where NABHCLOUD offers a welcome credit, a new account receives ₹200 of promotional wallet credit once its identity verification (KYC) is complete, and not before: an account that has not completed KYC gets no welcome credit; for some campaigns, such as verified Google Ads signups, the amount is ₹500. An advertisement click that cannot be verified receives the standard amount, and a higher amount may be granted after review. The credit is given once per person or business, whichever account it is on.
  • Promotional credit only. The welcome credit is not money: it is spent before your own balance, is never paid out as cash or refunded to a payment method, is not transferable between accounts, and carries no GST because nothing is paid for it.
  • Validity. The credit is valid for 15 days: it expires at 8 pm IST on the 15th day after it was granted, and whatever is unspent at that moment is removed from the wallet. Once, in the last 5 days, you may extend it by another 15 days from your control panel; the balance stays the same. Expiry does not affect your paid balance or your services.
  • Changes. NABHCLOUD may change the amount, validity or eligibility, or end the offer, at any time; credit already granted keeps the terms shown when it was granted. Misuse (several accounts for one person or business, false details) voids the credit and may lead to account closure.

Recharge bonus

  • The offer. Where NABHCLOUD offers a "double your first recharge" bonus, the first wallet top-up of ₹500 or more paid through the payment gateway and captured is matched with promotional wallet credit of the same amount, up to ₹50,000, once per customer: the offer is one-time, so once you have received the bonus on an account it does not apply again, to that account or to another account of the same person or business. For an account billed in US dollars (top-ups by PayPal), the top-up is converted to rupees at NABHCLOUD's billing exchange rate to apply the ₹500 minimum and the ₹50,000 cap, and the bonus is credited in US dollars. Every account that has never received the bonus is eligible, whenever it was opened, with or without a promo code; NABHCLOUD may limit or end the offer as set out under Changes below.
  • Promotional credit only. The bonus is not money: it is spent before your own balance, is never paid out as cash or refunded to a payment method, is not transferable between accounts, and carries no GST because nothing is paid for it. A refund of the top-up that earned it withdraws the bonus in the same amount.
  • Validity. Bonus credit left unspent 120 days after it was granted is removed from the wallet. A chargeback, dispute or payment reversal on the top-up revokes the unspent bonus immediately and places the account on hold until the matter is settled.
  • Changes. NABHCLOUD may change the amounts, minimum, cap, validity period or eligibility, or end the offer, at any time without notice; bonus already credited keeps the terms shown when it was granted. Misuse (several accounts for one person or business, false details, or payment instruments you are not entitled to use) voids the bonus and may lead to account closure.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the services to:

  • break any law of India or of the jurisdiction you operate from, or host content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual-property rights;
  • send unsolicited bulk mail, run phishing pages, distribute malware, or operate command-and-control infrastructure;
  • attack, scan or disrupt any network or system (including ours), spoof source addresses, or launch or facilitate denial-of-service attacks;
  • mine cryptocurrency, or resell raw capacity, except with our prior written consent;
  • host or transmit child sexual abuse material — this results in immediate termination and mandatory reporting to authorities.

We may suspend a service immediately where it is attacking others, is compromised, or exposes us to legal liability, and will notify you when we do. We cooperate with CERT-In and law-enforcement requests made under Indian law.

5. Your data, backups and compliance records

  • You own your content and data. We only access it to operate the platform, on your instruction, or as the law requires.
  • Backups are your responsibility unless you buy Server Backup.
  • Server Vault:
    • When a cloud server on an account that has made at least one payment is terminated, for any reason, a copy of its disks is kept in an encrypted, private vault for up to 90 days and then permanently deleted. Servers on accounts that have never made a payment (welcome or promotional credit only) are deleted at once and are not recoverable.
    • Without Vault Protect or Server Backup, a vault copy may be removed earlier when vault space is needed. We email you before that happens.
    • With either add-on active for at least 30 days, the copy is kept the full 90 days and recovery is free. Otherwise recovery costs ₹980 / $12.
    • Recovery creates a new server, charged at the normal price.
    • Copies of servers terminated for abuse, fraud or an open payment dispute may be kept on hold and are not available for recovery.
    • Servers terminated for child sexual abuse material are not kept.
    • Kubernetes clusters, app-hosting servers and disks larger than 1.5 TB are not kept.
  • As an Indian infrastructure provider we retain subscriber and KYC information for 5 years after account closure and system/access logs for 180 days, as directed by CERT-In — see the Privacy Policy.

6. Cancellation and termination

  • You may cancel any service immediately or at the end of its paid period from the panel. Cancelling an hourly service inside a minimum term shown at order charges the unused hours of that term, once. Cancelling a monthly or longer service immediately credits the unused remainder of the paid cycle to your wallet as set out in clause 3; cancelling at the period end uses the time you have already paid for and so credits nothing. The panel shows the exact amount before you confirm.
  • For accounts that have made at least one payment, cancelling a cloud server moves a copy to your Server Vault as described in clause 5. To have the copy deleted sooner, open a support ticket.
  • We may terminate for material breach of these terms, for non-payment as per clause 3, or on 30 days' notice if we discontinue a product.
  • Identity, billing and invoice records are retained after termination as required by law; everything else is deleted, except Server Vault copies kept as described in section 5.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the services are provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data; and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms with at least 15 days' notice by email or panel notification; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If any clause is held invalid, the rest survive. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
