GST Tax Invoices for Cloud Hosting | NABHCLOUD

GST-compliant invoices from NABHCLOUD: GSTIN, CGST/SGST or IGST, rupee billing with no forex markup. Pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.

What a NABHCLOUD tax invoice looks like

Every order you place with NABHCLOUD comes with a proper tax invoice under GST rules. It carries our GSTIN, the applicable SAC code, and the correct split between CGST/SGST or IGST, all billed in Indian rupees by an Indian company. Your chartered accountant can reconcile it against GSTR-2B, and your business can recover the 18% charged as input tax credit.

How we decide CGST/SGST versus IGST

Our billing panel checks your billing state, taken from your GSTIN when one is on file, and applies the matching tax split at checkout. If your state matches ours, you are charged CGST 9% plus SGST 9%. If it is any other Indian state, IGST 18% applies instead. Customers outside India are treated as zero-rated exports.

Same state as us

Both CGST 9% and SGST 9% appear as separate lines on the invoice, and both can be claimed back.

Any other Indian state

IGST 18% is shown as a single line, fully claimable.

Outside India

Treated as a zero-rated export of services, invoiced from our USD price list.

Questions about GST and billing

Will I receive a valid GST tax invoice?

Yes. Every paid order and every renewal generates a GST tax invoice carrying our GSTIN, your GSTIN, SAC 998315 for cloud and hosting services, the place of supply and the applicable tax split. You can download it as a PDF from the panel.

Am I able to claim input tax credit?

Yes, provided your business holds GST registration and the GSTIN is added to your account before we raise the invoice. We report the invoice in GSTR-1, so it appears in your GSTR-2B for matching.

Will I be charged CGST/SGST or IGST?

This depends on your billing state. If you are registered in the same state as us, you pay CGST 9% plus SGST 9%; any other Indian state attracts IGST 18%. The panel determines this from your GSTIN or stated address at checkout.

What happens if I don't have a GSTIN?

You still get a tax invoice, and GST is charged at 18%, but it cannot be claimed back. You can add a GSTIN to the account later for invoices going forward.

Do the prices shown include GST?

No, the plans and prices shown on this page are exclusive of GST. For Indian customers, 18% is added on the invoice; customers outside India are zero-rated.

Why does paying an overseas cloud provider by card end up costing more than expected?

Three reasons: your card issuer adds a 2–3.5% forex markup; GST on services imported from abroad falls on you to self-assess under reverse charge; and a card statement isn't a tax invoice your accountant can match in GSTR-2B. A rupee-denominated GST invoice from us avoids all three issues.

What payment methods can I use?

UPI, Indian debit and credit cards, net banking, and a prepaid wallet that hourly usage draws down from. Term plans are billed in advance, while hourly usage is billed afterward.
