How to top up your NABHCLOUD wallet using UPI, cards, net banking or PayPal, and how receipts and GST work when you spend the balance.
Your NABHCLOUD wallet funds your servers and every other service you use with us. This guide covers how to top up the balance, the payment options available, what receipt you get, and how GST applies once the balance is spent.

Browse our VPS plans — billed hourly, GST invoice included, ready in under a minute.
You can top up your wallet anytime from the control panel.
Click + Add funds at the top right corner of any page, or go to Billing in the left-hand menu.
Select one of the preset values or enter a custom figure. The screen displays the lowest amount allowed, and the pay button switches to Minimum if you enter less than that.
Complete payment through Cashfree using UPI, a debit or credit card, or net banking. If your account is billed in US dollars, pay instead through PayPal, either from your PayPal balance or a linked card.
Your wallet balance reflects the payment within a minute, and a receipt is generated under Billing, inside the Invoices tab.
Each time you add money, we issue a proforma receipt for it. No GST applies at the point of topping up — GST is added only when the credit gets used against an actual service, and that service's tax invoice reflects the charge. For more on invoicing, see our GST billing page.
A top-up receipt that remains unpaid does not count as an outstanding debt. You're free to cancel it yourself from the Billing section using the Cancel option, and the system cancels it on its own one day after you created it. Should the payment still clear afterwards, that amount gets added to your wallet regardless.
When you add funds, the money first settles your longest-outstanding service invoices automatically. If you enter the same top-up value again, the existing unpaid receipt gets reused rather than generating a fresh one.
If you're based outside India, billing happens in US dollars through PayPal or a card, and GST does not appear on the invoice.
For monthly or longer billing terms, we first draw from your wallet balance, and only charge the remaining amount through Cashfree or PayPal. The order screen shows this split before you confirm the purchase. If you'd rather pay the entire amount online, untick the option to use your wallet balance.
Servers billed hourly are prepaid straight from the wallet, so your balance needs to cover the minimum amount before provisioning starts. Should the order screen indicate a shortfall, it takes you to Billing with the precise gap already filled in, so you pay only that difference. Once that's done, your server gets provisioned automatically.
The Billing page displays your current balance, your recent daily usage, and an estimate of how many days that balance will last at the current rate. Top up before it hits zero — services get suspended once a grace period passes, though they resume automatically as soon as a payment comes through.
Through Cashfree, you can pay via UPI, debit or credit cards, or net banking. If your account bills in US dollars, PayPal is available as well.
Yes. The top-up screen specifies the current minimum, and the pay button displays that figure if you enter a lower amount.
No. GST only applies once the wallet credit is used to pay for a service. The top-up receipt itself is a proforma document and carries no GST.
No, the balance can't be converted back into cash directly. For queries about amounts you've paid, raise a support ticket.
Give it a few minutes and avoid paying again. The balance updates once the payment gateway confirms the transaction. If it still hasn't reflected, open a support ticket along with a screenshot of the payment.
