Run EspoCRM, an open-source CRM, on NABHCLOUD's app hosting in India. One-click setup with MariaDB and HTTPS included.
EspoCRM is a lightweight open-source CRM covering leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, cases and a shared calendar, with an entity manager for adding custom fields and records. Our app hosting platform sets it up together with MariaDB on your app server.

You need the Starter plan or a higher tier. The monthly rate excludes GST. HTTPS, a custom domain and a GST invoice are included, and hosting is based in Noida.
The installer sets up EspoCRM and MariaDB and completes setup automatically. Sign in at the app's address using the username \"admin\" and the password stored under Login Details in your control panel, then create users and teams from Administration.
EspoCRM brings together the customer-facing parts of a small business: leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases, a calendar, document storage and bulk email, all in one place. Built on PHP with a MariaDB database and released under the AGPL licence, it includes an Entity Manager that lets you create new record types and fields directly from the admin panel, with no code changes needed. Paid add-ons extend it further with workflow automation and a BPM module.
One detail that's easy to overlook is the cron job. EspoCRM depends on a task that must run every single minute to handle email imports, reminders, workflow triggers and bulk mailing. Without it, the interface appears normal, but nothing actually gets sent or collected in the background. After setup, check Administration, then Scheduled Jobs and the Job Log, to confirm recent activity. The main configuration lives in data/config.php, while uploaded files sit in the data/upload folder.
It's also worth testing your data import process early. Start with a small file of around ten sample leads through the Import tool, review the field mapping and duplicate handling, then proceed with the complete dataset. Note that bulk email sent from within the CRM uses the same outgoing mail configuration as everything else, so given our standard SMTP port restriction, pick a mail provider supporting port 2525.
| Use case | Recommended plan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A sales or support team with up to ten members | Starter | The PHP and MariaDB stack manages this load without strain. |
| High-volume mailing lists, workflow automation and many concurrent users | Pro | Background jobs and bulk email start competing with everyday usage on lighter plans. |
The Starter tier gives you 1 vCPU, 1 GB of RAM and 20 GB of disk space, with room for up to 2 apps. You can run EspoCRM alongside your own project on one server. Billing is monthly, and rates exclude 18% GST.
Yes. As a PHP application, it runs comfortably alongside its database within the Starter plan's 1 GB of memory.
Standard outbound SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked across our app hosting. Choose a mail provider that works over SMTP port 2525 instead.
This almost always points to the cron scheduler. Check the Job Log — if there's no recent activity, the scheduler has stopped working.
Yes. The Entity Manager under Administration lets you create new fields, relationships, and entirely new record types.
Pick an app from our catalogue, select which app server to deploy it on, and click Install. It gets a dedicated HTTPS address immediately, generated passwords are shown once for you to save, and the app is live within a couple of minutes.
