The NABHCLOUD panel is where you set up servers, load funds into your wallet, check invoices and raise support tickets. This guide walks through the basics: opening an account, completing the one-time verification, and deploying your first server.

Billing is by the hour, GST invoices are issued automatically, and a server can be running in under a minute.
Opening an account
On the panel, select Create account and fill in your name, email address, mobile number, country and a password. You then confirm your email by clicking the link we send. Customers signing up from India are asked whether they have a GSTIN first, since this auto-fills your company details; customers outside India simply pick individual or business.
Completing verification
Indian regulations require cloud providers to confirm the identity of every subscriber before resources are provisioned, so the panel takes you through a short verification that only needs to be done once. Once it is finished, all services become available, including servers, storage and Kubernetes clusters.
- Mobile number
Enter your number and the one-time code sent to you. This code reaches you by SMS or WhatsApp.
- Email address
Click the confirmation link delivered to your inbox.
- Identity check
If you are resident in India, this is done through DigiLocker, and only a masked version of your Aadhaar number is kept on file. Customers in other countries instead upload a passport, national ID card or driving licence along with a selfie; our team checks this manually, usually within one working day.

Enter your company's GSTIN to receive GST invoices that let you claim input tax credit.
Loading funds and launching a server
Servers run on a prepaid wallet basis. Depending on your account, a wallet top-up may let you deploy a server even before verification is complete, and the panel will indicate whether this applies to you. Add money from the Billing section, then go to New server, select a configuration and operating system, and place the order. Frequently asked questions
Can I look around the panel before I verify my account?
Yes. You can browse the dashboard freely. Verification is only required before deploying a service, unless your account qualifies for a top-up that allows earlier deployment.
Why does NABHCLOUD require identity verification?
Indian regulations require providers to verify every subscriber before provisioning cloud resources and to retain those records. It is a one-time requirement.
Does NABHCLOUD store my Aadhaar number?
Only a masked version is stored. The check itself runs through DigiLocker and is validated against UIDAI records.
Can businesses register an account?
Yes. Enter your company GSTIN at the business details step to receive GST invoices usable for input tax credit.
What happens if I am signing up from outside India?
You verify using a photo ID document and a selfie instead of DigiLocker, and on some accounts outside India this step is optional.
How do I reset a forgotten password?
Click Forgot password on the sign-in screen, enter the email address and mobile number linked to your account, and complete the short bot check. If these match our records, a secure reset link is emailed to you.
