When you delete a cloud server, whether you remove it yourself, its paid term ends, or a payment fails, NABHCLOUD keeps its disk in the Server Vault for up to 90 days. During that window you can bring it back as a fresh server or pull its disk from the Recently Deleted section of the panel.

Retention period for deleted servers
This vault retention applies only to accounts that have completed at least one payment; accounts that have never paid lose their server immediately and cannot recover it. For paying accounts, retention runs up to 90 days. Adding Vault Protect, which is bundled with Server Backup, guarantees the complete 90-day window for a monthly fee per server (current pricing is on this page). Without Vault Protect, older copies may be cleared out sooner once vault storage fills up, though we send a warning email 48 hours before that happens.
We also notify you by email on day 1, day 15 and day 45 after deletion, with one last notice sent the day before a copy is permanently removed.
Bringing a server back
Go to Recently Deleted, select Restore, and pick a plan whose disk size is at least as large as the original. Your server reappears as a new instance, typically within 5 to 20 minutes, but with a new IP address; you can ask to have the previous IP reassigned if nobody else has claimed it.
If Vault Protect has been active for 30 days or more, restoring costs nothing. Without it, a hold is placed on your wallet for the restore fee, which is only charged once the recovered server is actually running — if the restore doesn't succeed, you pay nothing.
Retrieving the disk image
Choosing Download generates a 24-hour link for each disk attached to the server, including the main volume and any extra data volumes. Vault Protect customers get one download at no charge; without it, the cost matches what a restore would cost.
How we protect your data
Every stored copy is locked with its own unique encryption key, so while our team can restore, retain or erase a copy, they cannot view its contents. If you want a copy wiped out ahead of schedule, raise a support ticket and we'll complete it within 7 days.

Can I recover a cloud server after deleting it?

Does restoring a deleted server cost anything?

Will I get back the same IP address?
