How NABHCLOUD's recharge matching credit, sign-up credit and discount codes work: eligibility rules, how the credit is spent and when it lapses.
NABHCLOUD offers a handful of promotions that change from time to time. This guide explains how each one functions, who can claim it, and the boundaries on what the credit covers. Live figures appear in your account panel and on our terms page rather than here, since these numbers get revised periodically.

When this promotion runs, your initial wallet deposit that reaches the required floor gets matched with an equal amount of promotional credit, capped at a set limit. Each customer can claim this only once — after you've received it, neither this account nor any other account you hold qualifies again. If your account bills in US dollars, the deposit amount is converted into rupees based on the prevailing billing rate, before checking it against the floor and cap. The Add funds screen displays the matching amount right next to the figure you enter.
Once your identity check clears, we load a promotional credit into your wallet — this happens just once per individual. The exact figure depends on how you registered, and your wallet breaks down how much of your balance is this free credit along with its expiry date. You can put it toward anything your wallet normally covers, including hourly usage charges. It combines with the first-recharge matching credit described above.
This credit applies itself automatically the next time you place an order or your plan renews. If this credit is due to run out before the invoice for your next renewal comes up, we hold its validity open until the evening of the day after that renewal — a single extension, capped at a set limit — so the renewal charge can still use it. The self-service Extend button near the expiry notice continues to work as normal.
Discount codes only apply to orders billed on a monthly or longer-term basis; they don't apply to hourly metered usage. You type the code in at checkout. A percentage-based code lowers each qualifying line item, while a fixed-value code knocks a flat amount off the total order. GST gets calculated on the post-discount price. Any given code might carry a validity window, a cap on how many times it can be used, and a limit of one redemption per account — the checkout page will flag it if a code doesn't qualify for your order.
The account dashboard displays the current matching-credit amount on the Add funds screen, and the sign-up credit total under Billing. The terms page carries the complete conditions, and credit you've already received stays governed by whichever terms applied when it was granted.
This isn't itself a promotion, but it's worth knowing alongside them: your first order — whether it's a cloud server, a VPS, or a managed Kubernetes plan — qualifies for a 7-day money-back guarantee. Raise a request within 7 days of your first payment and we refund the entire amount to the original payment method, with no gateway fee held back. Because the sign-up credit and matching recharge credit were linked to that payment, both get withdrawn along with the refund. See the money-back guarantee page and the refund guide for more.
Customers located outside India receive the same promotions through a USD-denominated wallet — the floor and cap for the matching recharge credit are converted using the billing exchange rate.
This is promotional credit matching your first qualifying top-up amount, capped at a set limit, available once per customer for anyone who hasn't claimed it before. No code needed — the Add funds screen shows it automatically.
No. It gets consumed ahead of your personal balance, and it can't be cashed out or refunded to you.
Yes. Any leftover matching credit is cleared after a fixed number of days, and the sign-up credit carries its own expiry date, visible in Billing. For monthly or longer-term services, the sign-up credit remains usable up to the evening following your upcoming renewal, so that charge can use it.
No. Discount codes only apply to orders billed on a monthly or longer-term basis.
Yes. They're independent of each other and both can sit on the same account at once.
Yes. The refund gives back your whole first payment, and pulls back whatever sign-up credit and recharge bonus arrived alongside it.
